The Modesto Artists Movement is dedicated to making Modesto the next great movement in the arts by elevating and amplifying the incredible talents of our local artists and by bringing great artists to Modesto.

We support a diverse range of artistic expressions, from poetry to hip-hop, film and photography, comedy and music, through events, masterclasses, workshops, lecture series, grants, and more. Our mission is to empower creative individuals to thrive personally and professionally by fostering a supportive environment, providing essential resources, and facilitating collaboration and community-building among artists.

We are committed to equipping artists with the entrepreneurial skills needed for long-term success and sustainability, and we invest in the next generation of artists through youth programs, scholarships, and mentorship initiatives.
